Medallion Announces Private Placements Totaling $650,000

[1]Medallion Resources reports a non-brokered private placement of up to 2 million units at $0.125 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $250,000 has been arranged on approval of TSX exchange.
Each Unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.25 for a period of 36 months from closing of the Offering ("Closing Date").
