2012 Chinese Actual Rare Earth Shipments Fall to 16,265 Metric Tonnes

The International Business Times reported that Chinese actual rare earth shipments pulled back in 2012 by 3.5 percent.

As quoted in the market report:

It was likewise a far cry to the 2012 export guidance that the country set at 30,966 tonnes.
