Kirrin Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KYM) announced that the company has raised gross proceeds of $206,000 pursuant to its previously announced private placement in respect of units of the Corporation at an issue price of $0.10 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one half of one warrant.
