Kirrin Resources Completes Private Placement
Kirrin Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KYM) announced that the company has raised gross proceeds of $206,000 pursuant to its previously announced private placement in respect of units of the Corporation at an issue price of $0.10 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one half of one warrant.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Kirrin is engaged in REE and uranium exploration in Newfoundland & Labrador and Quebec and in the expansion of its portfolio through acquisition, merger, strategic partnership or joint venture. Its strategy is well defined: enhancing shareholder value by combining technical expertise, corporate development skills and professional management.
