Paget Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:PGS) reported that the Company has completed a non-brokered private placement of 875,000 common shares at $0.20 per Share to raise a total of $175,000.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Paget Minerals Corp. is a British Columbia company focused on mineral exploration and the development of a diverse range of precious metal, base metal and rare earth element projects in North America.
