Ucore Uranium Inc. (TSX VENTURE:UCU) reported that the company has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to assist with its investor relations activities.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The Company has agreed to pay to Renmark a monthly retainer of $7,000 for an initial period of one year, subject to review after six months. Renmark Financial Communications does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Ucore Uranium Inc. or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
