Kirrin Resources to complete private placement

Kirrin Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KYM) today reported that the company plans to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,666,667 units at a price of $0.12 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $200,000.
