ALIX RESOURCES CORP.(TSX VENTURE:AIX)(FRANKFURT:37N) reported that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in ground applied for adjacent to First Gold Exploration (TSX-V.EFG) Pivert/Rose Property.
