Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:KHT) reported its Annual General Meeting held on December 16th, 2009, shareholders re-elected P. Bradley Kitchen, Terence Schorn and Terry Fields to the Board of Directors for the upcoming year.

The press release is quoted as saying:
