PAW Extends Acquisition Agreement Closing and Initial Financing Dates

Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. (CVE:PAW) advised that further to the Company's news releases dated July 23, 2010 "PAW Enters into Conditional Purchase Agreement with the Right to Acquire the Majority of a Large Scale Niobium/Rare Earth Metal Project" and "Letter of Engagement Signed with Macquarie Private Wealth", the Company has amended the Agreement dated July 22, 2010, to extend the dates of the Closing and the Initial Financing to August 31, 2010 or such later date as may be agreed upon.

All other provisions of the Agreement continue to be in full force and effect.
